At RNV Plastik & Ambalaj, we manufacture bags and plastic packaging for food, pharmacies, retail, furniture and industrial use with a flexible, traceable and quality-focused approach.
Our production process covers material selection, extrusion, printing, cutting, packaging and dispatch. Every step is planned around the intended use, dimensions, thickness and branding requirements of the product.
Raw materials are converted into film suited to the intended application. Thickness, strength, colour and winding properties are monitored according to the production formulation.
Logos, colours and graphics are applied to custom branded bags through a controlled printing process. Printed and unprinted production options are available.
Film rolls are cut into bags, sheets or custom-sized packaging. Dimensions, perforation and packaging arrangements are prepared according to the order requirements.
Dimensions, thickness and pack quantities are planned for each product group.
Material, cutting and printing checks throughout production ensure consistent results.
